Now, if the whistle to end play or to hold time is blown after the ball has left the hands of the shooter & the shot is successful, the goal will be scored.

Centre Pass Checks
INDICATE - After a goal is scored, both umpires indicate the direction of the centre pass with their arm.
CALL - The controlling umpire calls the name of the team with the next pass.
RESTART - The controlling umpire blows the whistle to restart play when the Centre steps into the circle.
