Pippa Waterman Won the award for being selected for Surrey Academy, always putting in 100% at training and matches. Money spent on an England player for Hillcrest summer camp.
Kayleigh Hackett Won the award for being recognised as having potential and selected for Surrey Academy. Money spent on a Hillcrest banner and sticky bins for the Academy team.
Neeve Pearce Won the award for her fantastic improvement as a young player. Neeve is not only a good shooter but a great defender too. Neeve spent the money on sunken posts and padding.
Hayley Gallagher Won the award for excellent effort at training and commitment to the club and her team. Hayley spent the money on match balls and an England player for Hillcrest's summer camp.
Issy Dickinson Won the award for her motivation, positive sportswoman attitude and being a great player. Issy chose to put the money towards indoor training for the Regional team.
Laura Pennells Won the award for being selected for England trials. She always applies herself and has achieved a high standard. Laura chose to spend the money on reaction and weighted balls.

Annemieke Nicholls Won the award for being identified by Surrey Academy at a young age. She is very determined and gives 100%. Money spent on an England player (Bianca Modest) for Hillcrest's summer camp.
Millie Oughton Won the award for being kind and helpful. Millie is always willing to assist and offer help. Millie chose to spend the money on a boom box.
Katie Mayo Won the award for improving and being invited up to seniors whilst still a junior. Katie adapted well and fitted straight in. Katie chose to spend the money on a camcorder.
Rachel Smart Rachel has improved, enthusiastic, keen to learn and always willing to listen and help. She also sang at the Jack Petchey evening at Fairfield Halls. Money was used to bring a Super League player to training.
Sophie Hodge Won the award for her dedicated to training. She always puts in 100%. Sophie spent the money on sunken posts and padding.
Ria Burke Won the award for overcoming a serious back injury and coming back to play with determination. Ria chose to spend the money on net balls and ball bags.

2009/2010 Achievement Winners

Ellie Wall Won the award for striving to be the best she can be and always gives 100%. She has improved and eager to learn and develop. Ellie chose to spend the money on storage boxes for the courts.
Sam Edwards Won the award for being a fully participating Hillcrest member and always prepared to help. She has been captain of Met B & C team. Money spent on an England player for Hillcrest's summer camp.
Charlotte Mayo Won the award for giving up her Sundays every other week to help with the mini section. Charlotte chose to spend the money on a gazebo and England player for Summer camp.
Emily Barber Won the award for her massive improvement and playing such a high standard at a young age with maturity. She has been dedicated to training and an asset the the club. Emily chose to spend the money on new netball posts.
Anna Richardson Won the award for her support and assistance and attending matches a week before giving birth. Money spent on sunken posts and padding.
Alex Richardson Won the award for her change in attitude. Alex has really applied herself and has been dedicated to training. Money spent on sunken posts and padding.

2010/2011 Achievement Winners

Emily Rogers Won the award for moving up to the A team, where she has really excelled. Her skills and confidence have improved and she proved to be a valuable member of the team. Emily chose the spend the money on a new storage cupboard.
Emily Hollobone Won the award for moving up 2 teams and rising to the challenge. She attends training regularly and works hard. Money was used to purchase training balls and circuit equipment.
Sophia Sheridan Won the award for being a great captain and support to her team mates. Money was used to purchase training balls and circuit equipment.
Harriet Field Won the award for being a great club member. Whenever we have an event, Harriet is the first one to help. She also helps with minis and juniors. Money spent on sticky bibs for the new dresses.
Charlotte Durling Won the award for playing well and had a positive attitude. She has young players in her team but has been a role model and motivator. Charlotte chose to spend the money on bibs for the new dresses.
Alice Hogan Win the award for being committed to training, concentrating and working hard to improve her game. Alice is a team player always motivating others. Alice chose to spend the money on a professional for Hillcrest's summer camp.

2011/2012 Achievement Winners

Chloe Wyner Won the award for being an exceptional young player, being selected for the Elite Academy. She works really hard and strives to improve. Chloe chose to spend the money on mini kit and skins.
Lauren Acutt Won the award for working hard and improving despite being new to the game of netball. She is dedicated, positive in training, plays 100% and never gives up. Lauren chose to spend money on mini kit and skins.
Jaz Woghiren Won the award for working hard to improve and climb up the teams. She is a young player but plays at a high standard and has adapted well playing in higher teams. Spent the money on an England Player at Hillcrest's annual summer camp.
Lily Rogers won the award for helping and coaching younger players. She has also improved on her own game and is an all round team player. Lily spent the money on tour dresses.
Laura Hogan Won the award for her many duties, that she volunteers for willingly since returning to the club. She is Club Captain and encourages young people to do well. Laura chose to spend the money on the end of season presentations
Emma Richardson Won the award for really improving, she has concentrated an irked hard in training. She has often volunteered her time to help with mini training. Emma put the money towards Summer Camp t-shirts and fun training equipment.

Sophie MiddletonSophie is an U'12B team player who never puts and pressure on you to select her but always offers and is supportive and turns up. She is always training, listens and does anything you ask her. She is quiet, loyal and dedicated, never demanding but always there when needed and always smiling.Sophie spent her £200 on a supporter bench in memory of one of Hillcrest's founding members (Heather Edmondson).
Rebecca Ward Won the award for being a consistently good player and showing excellent commitment to the club. She is willing to take on jobs for the club and be on committee despite on being with the club a short time.Becky has decided to spend the money on a brand new match ball for each team and a selection of training balls.
Georgia DickWon the award for developing despite being shy and quiet. she has progressed from the U'12B team to U'12A teams. She has gained more confidence which has shown in her game.£200 put towards netball post covers for the second court.

Jenny WalshJenny was captain of the first team who showed great commitment to training and the team. She has a positive attitude and was selected into the England indoor netball mixed team. Jenny put the money towards the Hillcrest annual Dinner Dance awards night.

Georgie Blunt Won the award for being the youngest member of the first team at just 15, she always trains hard and always pushes herself. She has been selected for the netball Academy. Georgie put the money towards crazy catch nets
Sarah Heard-White Sarah Came into the Met C team and has played completely out of position. She has improved her game substantially and is very committed and determined. England netball player from Hillcrest's annual summer camp
